New Student Registration: 2024-2025
If you have a brand new student who has never attended Caldwell School District, then you are now
able to create a parent portal account and register your student. This is only for students who have not attended CSD before.
Returning Student Registration: 2024-2025
If you have a student who lives in Caldwell School District boundaries and has previously attended Caldwell School District you should have received an email Wednesday, July 31st notifying you your child's returning student enrollment form is ready in your Parent Portal.
If your student attended last year on an open enrollment, you will need to complete a new open enrollment application for 24-25 and be approved before you can register for the 24-25 school year.
Note: If you live within Farmway Village, your new school will be Sacajawea (K-5) and Syringa (6-8) for the 2024-2025 school year. This is not yet reflected in the Zone Finder tool on the application.

FAQ's
What documents do I need to register my new student?
During the registration process, you will have an opportunity to electronically upload these documents. If you are not able to upload them in this form, please provide a paper copy to your student's school in order to complete the enrollment process.
Please be advised that the following items are needed before your student's registration will be finalized.
- Student's birth certificate or other recognized government documentation showing the students identity and birth date
- Student's immunization record
- Your proof of address (rental agreement, utility bill)
- Your picture identification (driver's license)
- Court documents (if applicable)
