QUORUM OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES IN ATTENDANCE AT 2019 ISBA Annual Convention in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
As there will be a quorum of the Board of Trustees in attendance at the 2019 ISBA Annual Convention in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Board will be present and in attendance at such event.
