Susana Dickman holds an Education Specialist degree in Education Leadership from University of Idaho, a Masters of Education degree in Curriculum and Teaching, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Exceptionalities from Idaho State University. Mrs. Dickman holds professional educator certifications in Educational Leadership (K-12 for Idaho and Wyoming), and Exceptional Childhood Education (K-12 for Idaho and Wyoming).
She has also served in the positions of paraprofessional, peer assistant, special education teacher, and adjunct faculty member at Idaho State University.
Mrs. Dickman will be joining the Caldwell community after serving two years at Pilot Butte Elementary School in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Her building consisted of 450 students. Although she will miss them greatly, she is beyond excited to be coming home to Idaho. Tom (husband), Huntington (16-year-old daughter) and Ruger Allen (the spoiled Shitzu) will be joining their son, Maklain and his girlfriend Abby, which are students in Boise.
The Dickman family loves outdoor activities and sporting events; as well as seeking out fun, new restaurants.
